Here’s an overview of how a hydraulic concrete mixer machine typically works:
Loading
The ingredients are loaded into the mixer drum. This can be done manually or by using a conveyor belt, depending on the specific design of the machine.
Mixing
Once the ingredients are in the drum, the hydraulic system powers a set of rotating blades or paddles inside the drum. These blades mix the ingredients together by lifting and dropping them repeatedly, ensuring a thorough and uniform blend. The hydraulic system provides the necessary power to rotate the blades and maintain the desired mixing speed.
Discharging
After the mixing process is complete, the hydraulic system tilts the drum to pour the mixed concrete. The drum can be rotated to different angles to control the pouring direction and speed.
